Interior walls The walls between the apartments are made of solid Columbia stone, ensuring the required level of sound insulation. The inner walls of the apartments are light partitions with metal profiles. The ceiling height is higher than usual - 2.85m, creating a spacious and bright space and allowing for 2.3m high doors.

Suspended ceilings Prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow panels. The floor structure has an intermediate layer that dampens footfall noise. The ceiling height is 2.85m instead of the usual one.

Windows The houses have triple-glazed wood-aluminum windows.

Stairs The stairs inside the building are prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs finished with ceramic tiles.

Ventilation Each apartment has an apartment-specific forced ventilation system with heat recovery, which ensures the necessary air exchange. The ventilation unit is delicately located in a non-residential space.

Heating The building has autonomous heating, the heating solution is an economical air-source heat pump. In addition, each house has its own gas boiler and solar panels on the roofs of the houses. All living spaces and wet rooms have room-specific adjustable water-based floor heating. Each apartment has its own heating meters.
